Prior to joining Alarma Universal in June 2016, Jonathan worked as an independent security system installer on the Costa del Sol. During this time, he regularly recommended Alarma Universal to clients who wanted to be connected to a 24-hour control centre, so it was a natural progression that he would one day become part of the team. As an Alarma Universal security advisor, Jonathan visits clients at home and advises them of the security options that will best suit their needs. He enjoys sharing his wealth of experience to give clients peace of mind, safe in the knowledge that their property is secure.
Manuel joined Alarma Universal as a security guard in 1995, before transferring into the technical department. Since then, he’s worked his way up from an assistant, to an installer, warehouse supervisor, systems repairer. Manuel’s hard work and in-depth product knowledge made him the ideal candidate for a client liaising role, as a security consultant, which is the role he holds today. He is just as dedicated now as he was in 1995, and is a valued member of the Alarma Universal family.
Marco has been a member of the Alarma Universal team for over 15 years. Right from the start, he was impressed with Alarma Universal’s ethics and business practices, based on family value of honesty and hard work. As a security and after sales consultant, he is responsible for communicating the effectiveness of the Security Triangle system, as well as providing a friendly professional point of contact. He enjoys the direct personal relationship he builds with clients, and feels that over the years he has grown both personally and professionally.
