Detection, receipt of signal and reaction.

If one of these three elements fails, your alarm system is practically worthless.

Phase 1 - Detection: The alarm system at your property.

If the security devices at your property are not carefully installed and fitted to your specific needs and the design of your home or business premises, your alarm system is practically worthless.

Phase 2 - Receipt of signal: The alarm signal received by our control centre.

The verification and administration of the signal received and coordination of the plan of action.
If no professional, specially trained and experienced security staff works out an action plan that suits your individual needs and the specific situation, your alarm system is practically worthless.

Phase 3 - Reaction: The dispatch of our guards.

Verification and Reaction Service (our guards).
If no security guards are dispatched as the first responder to your property, your alarm system is practically worthless.

The alarm transmission can be made either via landline, cellular phone, GPRS or by making use of IP transmission. To obtain maximum security the control centre receives the signal though both landline/cellular phone and GPRS or TCP/IP.

Behind a security system from Alarma Universal there are real people - a virtual image can never substitute real people, and has got nothing to do with security!
